Shipping
Prices for all skirts shown on our website do not include the delivery charge. For all UK, ROI & Channel Islands deliveries we provide standard shipping costing £3.99 using Royal Mail Post Office. Transit time varies between 2-3 estimated working days from day of despatch. For all Europe and the rest of the word deliveries, before placing an order please reach out to us on customer.care@shaheensalim.com. A member of the customer care team will provide the shipping costs for your country using Royal Mail Post Office or another courier company. Transit time varies between 3-10 estimated days from day of despatch. Please note that some countries may have specific exclusions relating to delivery restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export. We may deliver your products in installments. Your confirmation email will contain the estimated date of delivery.
Deliveries
All UK, ROI & Channel Islands Standard Deliveries are currently taking up to 7 working days and this doesn’t include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Public Holidays such as New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Exchange Policy
You may exchange new, unworn skirts for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery. If you're exchanging a skirt for a different size or colour, we'll cover any cost increase, or alternatively refund any cost decrease (if applicable). Otherwise, if you're exchanging a skirt for a different product that costs more, we'll charge you the difference in price. We'll refund you the difference if the new skirt costs less. We'll also pay the exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective skirt, etc.). All returned skirts must be sent in their original condition with all original tags, labels and security ribbon attached. Skirts can only qualify for an exchange if it has not been worn, used or damaged. The skirt must not be soiled by make-up or any other marks. In the unlikely event that a skirt is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy, we reserve the right not to exchange you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
You should expect to receive your exchange refund or purchase within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive an exchange refund or purchase more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
